I was hoping that Microsoft would have released these updates as part of Patch Tuesday/Wednesday you the time when Microsoft pushes their latest bits of code updating Windows. (Note if you have something valuable on your computer make sure it saved or backed up before this 3 week update patch of the month or you may loose your work if you opt in to automatically download and install, I recommend going with automatically download and choose when to install.
Well back to the updates. These are worth downloading if you are mobile computer user, power user, or someone that uses a lot of digital media. I say its for everyone for everyone will benefit form these KB updates. The KB updates are KB 938979 and KB 938194. After installing the updates I have noticed some pretty significant performance increases especially when waking from hibernate and sleep. The other really noticeable one is copying large files like video is much faster and is now working like it should. AeroXP’s Bryant and Rafael have also done simple benchmark test on these patches and reports up to 80% decreases in file operation times such as move or copy with large files and folders. So it is pretty good.

•When you synchronize an offline file to a server, the offline file is corrupted.
•If you edit an image file that uses the RAW image format, data loss occurs in the image file. This problem occurs if the RAW image is from any of the following digital SLR camera models:
