I was asked by someone via email if I knew of a list of schools that have implemented Tablet PCs in their school’s Computer lab or throughout the school campus, I quickly remembered seeing a great list compiled by Lora Heiny at What’s New. I know our kids only have 2 Tablet PCs in their school and they are always being used over the several laptops they have and my kids complain of a long line of people waiting to use it and their class’ time usually runs out before everyone in line gets to use it. Tablet PCs are popular with children as there is very little learning curve to start using one and being productive. My kid’s favorite application is MathPractice from Jumping Minds software, which is run by Lora’s brother Loren Heiny. 
If you have a Tablet PC and kids you have to try this software.
