How Do I get my cursor / mouse back in Virtual PC?

OK I received a few emails on people having a problem getting their cursor/ mouse back after clicking on the mouse cursor inside of a Virtual PC environment or window.

It is pretty simple just press the ‘Right ALT‘ key and your back to your main desktop.
