I read this over at Long Zheng’s blog this morning on how to use MediaCoder to encode properly for the Zune. You will need to download his preset from here to get all the settings optimized for Zune encoding and it is pretty fast too.

Saw this HP Media Center Quad Core for $549 on Woot! today. Not a bad deal, not great either. However what really got me was the great write up using lyrics from Suicidal Tendencies song Institutionalized.
